Business Operations Update to Our Community & Customers Regarding COVID-19:

As a sole proprietorship, we are permitted to remain open by operating with a single employee on property. Though, as part of the NYS mandate regarding closures of non-essential businesses, and to keep our staff & customers safe, we have decided to close our storefront limiting operations to the below structure.

Our Temporary Delivery & Pickup Modifications:

- We are still providing delivery though it is strictly non-contact. This means anything ordered will be delivered to the doorstep and left outside for the recipient at their residence. A recipient phone number is required on these orders as they will be called once the delivery is made. Please note, if the recipient is either hospitalized or in a senior care/assisted living establishment, you must first check with the facility to confirm they are accepting floral deliveries at the entry point (for the safety of patients/residents and our drivers. We are not permitting them to enter these facilities any further than reception). The only exception will be Sympathy flowers going to a funeral home, in which case, there will be a designated "floral room" where flowers can be delivered.

-Curb-side pick up will be permitted from 9am-3pm daily for any order placed in advance.

Our Temporary Ordering Procedures:

- We are accepting orders from 9am-3pm daily by phone at 716-283-3014 or via our website 24 hours a day.

- All bridal consultations/detail meetings and family sympathy orders will be done via phone. To schedule, please call Carly directly at 716-579-6769 anytime.

The greatness of community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members. It exists beyond hardships and separations as long as loving kindness can be found. We are here to keep you connected with loved ones homebound. Send a sentiment of comfort and peace and thank you for supporting our local business now and always. We are wishing everyone health and peace during this difficult time.
